The Kipli 100% latex mattress is usually delivered within 10 to 15 business days. The shipping company will provide you with a delivery date. However, if the given date isn't convenient, you can easily change it via the tracking link that will be shown on the email sent to you once the order is ready for despatch.
If you've ordered more than one product, its normal for these to arrive separately as each item is shipped from its place of manufacture and not all our products are manufactured in the same country.

In order to optimise the longevity of the mattress, we do advise that you turn the mattress around from head to foot each season. However, this isn't absolutely necessary. You can use both the firm side or the soft side without having to turn it over.
Kipli's natural latex mattresses are compatible with every type of bed base, including electric and adjustable beds.
You will have 100 nights to trial the mattress from the delivery date so that you can be sure that the Kipli mattress is really perfect for your needs. If this doesn't convince you, or if it doesn't suit your needs, you do have the option of requesting a return, provided that the mattress is still in good condition. We will take care of the collection. Once the mattress has been returned to us, we'll take care of refunding the amount paid. And the return doesn't incur any additional charges.
We would point out that when you change your mattress, you may feel slightly uncomfortable at first as your body was used to your previous mattress. But don't worry if you're not completely comfortable at first. Your body may take several days or even a few weeks to get used to the new mattress. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions in this respect.

Natural latex is extracted from the Hevea Brasiliensis trees which are grown without the use of any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Natural latex is exactly that: natural! And its a durable, comfortable and biodegradable material too. We have chosen the best natural latex plantations for the manufacture of Kipli's mattress cores which are made in Italy.
The Kipli natural latex mattress doesn't contain any synthetic latex. The mattress is made of 100% natural latex and doesn't contain any synthetic foams. This means that the Kipli mattress doesn't give off any harmful emissions which is why it has been certified 100% by the Eco-Institute and Oeko-tex at the highest level.
The mattress has two thickness levels
Thanks to its dual latex layers, the 100% natural latex mattress will adapt itself to your needs. If your preference is for a fairly firm bed, then you should choose the 15 cm thickness with a density of 85 kg/m3. The other latex layer of the Kipli latex mattress is softer and has a thickness of 5 cm and a density of 65 kg/m3 which offers a cozier, softer and more enveloping comfort level. For maximum ergonomics, the firmer side of the natural latex mattress has 7 comfort zones which provide different degrees of support to accommodate different areas of the body. Thanks to these comfort zones, the mattress supports the spine in its natural position and helps to reduce back pain.
The properties of natural latex are renowned for their elasticity, which enable it to absorb movement. This means that when you sleep on a Kipli mattress, you'll hardly notice any movement by the person you're sharing your bed with. What makes natural latex different from other compounds?
Unlike 90% of mattresses on the market which are predominantly synthetic, coming from petroleum products, (such as polyurethane foam, synthetic latex, etc), the Kipli 100% natural latex mattress is completely healthy. The cultivation of the latex that we use doesn't utilise any fertilizers or pesticides. In addition to this, during the manufacturing process of our latex mattresses, we don't add any kind of synthetic foam which enables us to supply a maximum percentage of natural latex ranging between 97% and 98%.
Our main aim when creating the Kipli natural latex mattress is to bring the natural world into our customers' homes, thus avoiding the presence of any synthetic materials.
